Capital REIT Funds Mgmt, LLC is the sponsor of Capital REIT Fund I, LLC.

Capital REIT Funds, LLC is the advisor and management company of Capital REIT Fund I, LLC and oversees the day-to-day management of the funds.

Capital REIT Fund I, LLC is a diversified investment fund that invests in commercial real estate with a focus on stabilized and core-plus income producing properties. Participants in the fund are paid quarterly cash disbursements while accruing annual returns and preferred compounded appreciation. Capital REIT Funds Mgmt co-invests on a pari passu basis.

Capital REIT Funding, LLC is the internal company for contracting and managing third party dealers, investment advisors, and debt and equity lenders for the initial capital raise and property financing for Capital REIT Fund I, LLC.

Capital REIT I, LLC is being structured as a registered, non-listed real estate investment trust that will pay a quarterly dividend from the ownership of institutional quality , cash flowing commercial properties. Investors in the REIT will receive consistent calendar cash disbursements and greater liquidity.

Capital REIT Securities, LLC is being structured as an SEC registered dealer/manager company that will oversee the capital raise, placement, management, and reporting of Capital REIT I for our investors.

Maverick RE Ventures, LLC is an advisor and principal in Joint Venture developments, redevelopments, and value add opportunities. Partners have various ownership structures to invest capital in.

The TIC Exchange, LLC is an operating company for purchasing tenant in common positions throughout the country.
